We proudly opened the ice cream shop. We make fresh ice cream every day and there is always a choice of six flavors of ice cream and sorbet. This year's novelty is FROZEN BLISS - baked ice cream in a sweet brioche.
We hosted a private breakfast with a French theme. The breakfast included a presentation and the menu included strawberries with mascarpone, croissants, oatmeal with fruit, eggs benedict and more.

Easter fell on the last weekend in March and we celebrated it with brunch. It included traditional stuffing, spinach soup, roast chicken, lamb, and easter cake.
The pork feast attracted almost a hundred enthusiastic guests, we brought this rural event to our Pivnice last year for people who do not often have the opportunity to visit the countryside and participate in traditional rural events. A popular activity was the raffle, which brought lots of prizes, including packages with „jitrnice“ and „jelito“ or vouchers for the Municipal House. The sales stand offered classics such as greaves and „prdelačka“.
As the name suggests, the brunch was full of Italian dishes. We organized an Italian brunch for the first time and certainly not the last. Our guests enjoyed an unforgettable experience watching pasta flambéed in parmesan, which brought an irresistible aroma. The popular Tiramisu and Torta Della Nonna could not be missed, as well as limoncello sorbet and stracciatella ice cream.
Valentine's Day is becoming more popular and we are not left behind. We served menu with a choice of two appetizers and three main courses. Just like last year, we flambéed Chateaubriand in front of the guests. The dessert was the nougat cake with passionfruit caramel.
The first brunch in 2024 was dedicated to our history and traditional dishes. Our guests enjoyed bone-in ham aspic, tafelspitz, baked trout, sweet esterhaza, Linzer pie, mini langos and more. All brunches include an ice cream corner with themed ice creams such as sacher ice cream. Sales exhibition of original copper engravings from the 18th century - Maria Theresa on the Czech and Hungarian thrones was also part of the brunch.
